Dr. Nguyen was very insightful. She answered all of my questions. I just felt weird having her and another woman in the room while she was giving me a pelvic exam. I've never had another person besides the doctor in the room while I'm completely exposed from the waist down. It made me very uncomfortable and they didn't even ask if I was ok with it, or explain what she was doing there (why do you need 2 people for a 1 person job?). Plus at one point the random woman grabbed my leg and tried to guide it, as if I didn't know how to put my foot on a stirrup? The door that led outside to the offices was right next to the bed where the doctor examined me, so every time the door would open my butt and body was exposed to anyone out there (and there were quite a few people). All of these things made me tense and uncomfortable the entire time I was there. Plus when I gave my urine sample, there were 3 other peoples urines still sitting inside of the collection cabinet for who knows how long! It was disgusting. Clearly the staff was not on top of things even though the were all standing around that exact area, talking. It wasn't my worst experience because Dr. Nguyen seemed like a fine doctor, but it wasn't my greatest. I probably wouldn't recommend this place and I don't think I'll be going back. They also don't validate for parking and it took me 10 minutes to find a spot in their garage (it was a good thing I got there a while before my appointment time). I'm pretty disappointed.
