I feel, with all my medical history which includes Mayo Clinic, Mercy Health systems, & Aurora Health care, not to mention other addiction/pain management clinics, This family clinic is by far the BEST team of physicians around. I did include team, because I not only see just one doctor, I see a team of doctors who consult each other specifically about my treatment to make sure with all their combined experience, I am receiving the best care anywhere!! I truly believe that from the bottom of my heart. I especially want to mention the nursing staff. Unbelievable how intuned they are to me specifically & actually get to know you and know how you are doing and notice if something doesn't seem quite right. Thank you.
I rate them the best I have ever seen!! If I had to mention 1 area not perfect is communication directly concerning and working with my specific insurance company, but as promised they are working on it and seeing results and I thank the staff behind the desk (booking, scheduling, insurance, & basically running the clinic).
I feel embarrassed for getting frustrated last visit and want to express my deepest appolagies and understand insurance issues are crazy with the government and they are doing above and beyond regular process claims to try and do the right thing helping loyal, dedicated patience, for that I am gratefull.
