This was my first time visiting Dr James and her staff. They are all phenomenal! Everything that's was done was explained to me and why it was necessary. During the examination Dr James told me what issues I had with my eyes and what treatment we would be doing to help correct the dryness I am experiencing. Picking out new frames was a breeze. Susan explained to me about anti-glare and blue light and the different lenses for both my glasses and sunglasses. Never has it been easy and quick for me to get glasses.
I have 3 others in my family who wear glasses/contacts and I will be taking them to see Dr James!

If you're look for a GREAT optometrist, look no further. I saw Dr. James and received one othe the most thorough eye exams I've ever had and I'll be 60 this year. Great customer service, friendly staff, awesome experience!

An excellent visit. Dr. James was very thorough and spent time with me explaining the photos of my eyes. I purchased contacts during my visit and she made a point to tell me about the rebate that was being offered. Overall, a great visit and I will definitely be back.

I recently had my first visit to 20/20 Eye Care and I was very impressed. Dr. James was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me. She's absolutely wonderful! Everyone was friendly and helpful that I came in contact with. I highly recommend 20/20 Eye Care!

20/20 Eyecare has been my optical care provider since 2009. They have gone out of their way to take care of my medical problems, referring me to eye care specialists when necessary. I'm impressed at how thorough the annual eye examinations are and the recommendations I've been given to maintain and improve my vision. Thanks!!

Every employee was very professional and helpful. Dr. Neena James really knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable immediately. She took great care of all my eye care needs. I was super impressed with my entire experience at 20/20 Eye Care Center.

Dr. James is gantastic. She figured out an eye issue I had been having for a couple of years and how to easily treat it when a previous opthamologists had not been helpful. My daughter, 7, also loves her. Staff was friendly and the office was very high tech.

Dr. James was fabulous with my 12 year old daughter. She talked to her so she understood everything she was doing. She uncovered an eye problem we were not aware of and made sure my daughter knew exactly what to do rather than just talk to me. I highly recommend Dr. James to adults and children. She goes the extra mile to make her patients and parents feel special.
After I recommended Dr James to a friend who had an emergency eye problem she is now going to switch her entire family to 20/20 Eye Care!
