I finally found a doctor I can stick with. The doctor and nurse practitioner are knowledgeable and insightful. Although my appointment was with the nurse practitioner, the doctor came in to introduce herself since I was a new patient. This has never happened to me before! She spent some time talking to me and made me feel very comfortable and welcome.

I used to work as cna with Dr. Bhansali. She's a wonderful physician, which is why I'm deeply saddened that I had to find a new primary care physician. Again, Dr. Bhansali's great, but the incompetence of the staff at her Dr office is of epic proportions, which cost me a an expedited surgery to remove a cyst on my spine when I was taken to the emergency room due to the severe pain I was in. Now I have to wait even longer, unable to walk & in tremendous pain, because I have to "make it official" with my new primary before I can be seen by my neurosurgeon. It's a real shame, but I'll never set foot in that office again. Sorry, Dr. B but your staff are IDIOTS.

Excellent from start to finish! Staff was warm and welcoming, creating a great first impression. Though this was my first appointment, the paperwork was easy to get through and I was in the back room within five minutes of my appointment time. Nurse was friendly and helped make the visit feel personal. Took less than five minutes after seeing the nurse to be seen by Dr. Bhansali, who was incredibly professional while also having an excellent bedside manner. Honestly, it was the best experience I have had with a doctor in a very long time and I just could not be happier with every aspect of the visit.
