I have been a patient of Dr. Low for about 10 years now and he has always been a very effective doctor. I keep returning because he does a good job. My friends also go to him and recommend him.

Dr. Low was nice, knowledgeable, and professional. His front office staff was not so professional and discussed patient information, personal problems, and took personal phone calls while other patients were waiting. They were also not very friendly or approachable. Not a good first impression, but luckily Dr Low made up for the lack of patient-centered service his front office exhibited.

I arrived about half an hour early for my appointment, so it is unfair to really dock him for it. The doctor did see me within about five minutes of my scheduled appointment. The office was very comfortable, and I did not feel rushed. Thanks to Dr Low my life-long itchy ear is gone!

Great doctor - thorough and ordered test just to be sure... however I felt he was in a hurry and left us little time to discuss findings, etc.

He seems competent enough but I felt very rushed. I felt I deserved a bit more time both in examination and for Q&A afterwards. Maybe they are booking too many patients in too short a time span. Just saying.
