Dr. Phan was thorough, explained my treatment plan well, took time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. He made it completely clear what he expects from me going forward, and my experience with him on my first visit was excellent.

Overall experience was great. Dr. Phan was mindful of prescription cost and was willing to prescribe comparable medication if pricing became an issue at the pharmacy. Only downside as it took a little time getting my information processed being a new patient.

I think he is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I mean it when I say this. I used this service(ZocDoc) many a times but This is the first time I am leaving a feedback. He is very patient and listens to you carefully. Seriously I give him 5/5. Wonderful person to speak to.

My daughter is a first time mother. My daughter call me to inform me she was very comfortable, she said he was very professional. She also said he answered all her concern's as a first time mother.

He was nice enough and apologized more than once for the wait time. While I don't think he has a special affinity for children, I was not uncomfortable with him and he was very friendly to us both. However, when he checked my child's genitals, he simply peeked inside the diaper for a split second. At a previous check up, the female doctor took the diaper off and looked closely for any signs of a problem. If my child had had a problem, there is no way he would have been able to see it.
