Dr. Sipp was great at first and evaluated me for ADHD. Then she became incredibly hard to get in touch with and showed no professionalism. I had to email/call over and over for at least 2 weeks before I would get any response, and this was just to refill my meds. I would not recommend her. It is not worth the money and stress.

Did an ADHD evaluation with Dr. Sipp for which she prescribed initial prescriptions. Following initial side effects I reached out for further guidance on how to mitigate effects and her only advice was "hmm eat a banana". This did not make me feel comfortable with proceeding with the medication and she had no further follow up or check in to make sure I was okay. If you just need a prescription then fine, but would not recommend if you need genuine help and guidance.

Dr. Sipp seemed to be genuine and understanding. However, her inability to follow through after being asked to return important notes and paperwork raised a red flag. Ensuring her client is taken care of is not her priority. She also does not mind invoicing for work she has not completed.

Dr. Sipp is good at listening and helping you talk through your issues. However, after agreeing and being paid to complete paperwork and send documentation on my behalf she failed to do so. Her professionalism regarding the matter has been less than that of a respectable doctor. I have not received any retuned phone calls or been emailed back concerning the matter. Further more, I have ended our communication and I would not recommend her services due to the lack of communication and follow through.

It was very easy to make a video appointment with Dr. Sipp. She listened and asked questions to understand my issues. She identified and addressed concerns during my visit. She is a good doctor, I had been seeing her for 2 months. But 0 professionalism.
ESPECIALLY COMMUNICATION.
last time I did text her to inform her about mistakes in prescriptions. "No reply". Then I tried to call her more than once, & of course, no reply. ABOVE EVERYTHING, she leaves me a voicemail showing her anger of me being OBSESSED with trying to talk her!
Well, when I am on a medications that keeps me myself & prevents people from seeing my mental condition. I would think that, being sent a wrong dose from you. As well as starting to run out of my meds. and trying to reach out to you for 1 & a half weeks might be a good reason for trying to reach out my so called provider who should realize his/her mistakes before patients run out.
I had wasted too much time with you.

Dr. Sipp and I had a minor hiccup earlier this week with timing of our appointment but she fixed this urgently and efficiently. She is wonderful! I haven’t had a doctor who has taken the time to understand me and my needs. She truly is wonderful, as I just said. I would highly recommend her because she listens and she makes sure she will help YOU!

Great visit! It was our second appointment. I just wish she had an answering service because I worry about calling with a question. I’m not sure what her guidelines are for that and I know doctors are busy. I never want to call during a family emergency of hers, etc. I feel terrible for calling twice today but she is usually great about calling back.
