I’m Dr. Nicholas Bowen, a board-certified psychiatrist and founder of Peregrine Integrative Psychiatry. Whatever you’re struggling with, my goal is to help you understand what’s going on, identify what may be contributing to it, and develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and your life.
I work with adults throughout California experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, treatment-resistant depression, and other mental health concerns. I also provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, second opinions, and integrative approaches to care.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I take the time to understand you as a whole person—not simply a diagnosis or collection of symptoms. Together, we can explore evidence-based treatment options while considering sleep, physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and other factors that may affect how you feel.
Peregrine Integrative Psychiatry offers convenient telehealth appointments with flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend availability. I accept several major insurance plans as well as self-pay patients, making it easier to get thoughtful, physician-led psychiatric care that works with your life.
