Dr. Rowan practices at Johns Hopkins Health Care & Surgery Center - Green Spring Station, Lutherville, in Lutherville, MD, and is also affiliated with Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, and Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center.
