NO ONE AT OFFICE KNEW ABOUT MY REGISTRATION ONLINE , PATIENT FORM, THEY SAID THAT THEY NEED DIFFERENT INFORMATIONS AND DID NOT ACCEPT WHAT I HAD ENTERED ONLINE WITH ZOCDOC, THANKS
Pretty good - but there was no point in my having filled out the patient data form on line as the doctor's office don't accept that and you have to fill out a lengthy form by hand in the office.
Lovely friendly staff. Very nice, knowledgeable doctor who explains things thoroughly.
So far, so good - i will however wait and see if my voice returns to normal before i make my comments - thank you - and there are other problems that need to be taken care of - so all in all - considering that i have been seeing too many doctors recently - i will hold on comments till later - i guess
I found out what I needed to know and am scheduling surgery.
Dr. Schenck has always addressed my concerns in the past, and this time was no different. Though the appointment felt a little too rushed.
I was asked to show up a half hour in advance of my appointment to fill out paperwork that only took 5 minutes, and then I wasn't seen until 20 minutes after my appointment time, so I was a little disappointed with the wait. In addition, the nurse who took my vitals was extremely rude. But the doctor and his other staff were very professional, courteous and helpful.
Dr. Schenk has been and still is great....
The best ENT hands down!
Doctor was extremely helpful. I came in with a completely plugged up ear. By the time that I left his office he had cleared my ear completely. I will be going back to him for sure!
unclear, concentrated on telling me how he could "fix my nose" instead of clearly explaining what was wrong with me.
Aside from wait time, ultra professional. S
