Nikki Perrin is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Nikki received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH in 2013. Upon completion of her degree, she commissioned in the U.S. Army and served on active duty for 5 years. Her nursing background is in the hospital setting, with experience in Medical-Surgical units, Telemetry, Pediatrics and Case Management. She obtained her Master’s in Nursing in 2020 from the University of Cincinnati, OH, and has been practicing in the outpatient primary care setting since. She continues to serve in the U.S. Army as a reserve Soldier.

Office visit itself was great, she was friendly, clear and listened to me. However I was irritated that they didn’t do the bloodwork in their location and I was told to go somewhere else to do that. I had this day to take care of a lot of appointments so that threw off my schedule. Had I known before, I would’ve picked somewhere else to get it done in one shot. Also my bloodwork results came out and it’s been a week and still no one has reached out to me to over the results and recommendations or suggestions to enhance my diet due to a bad blood work result. I definitely will not be returning.

This was my first time seeing Nichole for an annual physical. She had great bedside manner, was a great listener, and took all my concerns seriously. I would definitely see her again.
My only complaint is that I was supposed to have blood work done as part of my physical but I was never notified by the office that I needed to be fasting for 8 hours prior to the blood draw. I’m a little annoyed that this wasn’t communicated ahead of time and that I have to come back to complete this. The front desk staff was otherwise pleasant.
Heads up, not many parking options. I parked in the garage next door. They do no validate parking.

Absolutely wonderful experience here. The staff was so kind and welcoming; I had a fantastic tech who was kind and communicated everything she did while she gave me my flu shot and did bloodwork. Nichole was excellent and so sweet during the physical. Super easy to talk to and didn't feel afraid to ask questions! Very grateful I found her and this office. Plus, she has weekend availability! Makes it much easier on my end to be flexible with times.

I was very pleased with my visit here, the nurse and Doctor Perrin were very thorough and kind. I am doing Peace Corps medical and that can be a huge struggle but Doctor Perrin helped me with all the paperwork and requirements.

The provider was really nice, but the offie was a bit disorganized. A medical assistant was either late or didn't show up so the provider had to do my vitals, etc. Also, no one called to confirm my appointment ahead of time.

I went in for a general consult about my health and was absolutely thrilled about the care I received with the staff as well as the NP. She went above and beyond with the visit, going in to detail about everything she had planned for me. She has 5??’s for a reason and if I could go higher I would!
