Very knowledgeable of her specialty as an endocrinologist with excellent follow-up and care...However would recommend that attention to a patience’s privacy and confidentiality be taken more seriously.

I was disappointed. It took me two months to see this doctor and after my visit, there was a three month wait in order to be able to come in for a follow up. I think she is just too busy to be a reliable doctor. Besides that, she was very nice and seemed like a great doctor!

Dr. Ehrhardt took the time to listen to my concerns and go over some possible options. I didn't feel rushed and felt like she really cared about her patients.

Would definitely see Dr. Ehrhardt again, unfortunately the staff supporting her I cannot say the same. She was apologetic for the greater than 60 minute wait time, however, no explanation was provided when her intern came in before her and wound up spending the bulk of my appointment time with me. As a first time patient I would have appreciated getting at least an initial consult with the specialist. Or at least an explanation of the fact that she only spends 5 minutes reviewing what the intern did.

Dr. Ehrhardt was extremely nice and very thorough, she took plenty of time to answer my questions and did not hesitate to look outside of the "usual" diagnoses to figure out how to treat my condition (many endocrinologists don't do this, so it was much appreciated). It's always nice to feel like a doctor is taking you seriously!

Dr. Ehrhardt is very impersonal and unresponsive. She seems friendly, but it's not very authentic. She barely communicated with me. I spent more time with her resident doctor, and once they explained which test I would be given they just walked out of the room and left me there. I practically walked out the hospital with no real direction or notes on what I would be tested on. I called later for clarity on what exact test I'm having and she was curt and rude.
After I received my results, she didn't have the decency to call and explain what was going on, there were a few test that came back abnormal. I called to request a consultation the morning after I received my test results online and an assistant called me later that afternoon stating Dr. Ehrhardt mailed me my results with an explanation and then proceeded to schedule a follow up appointment for 3 months late.
I will be seeing another doctor for a full explanation of my test results. I do not recommend her at all. You would think with such a empathetic profession someone would practice more empathy.

It was my first visit with Dr. Ehrhardt. She was very warm and informative. I felt respected and understood. She seem genuinely concerned with my medical situation. Also, I arrived an hour early and was seen immediately. I was really impressed with that. I look forward to future appointments with Dr. Ehrhardt.

My visit was not good at all. I arrived and had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. I then had to cut the visit short because I had to go back to work. My problem was not addressed and I was told that I may have been misdiagnosed. All and all it was just a difficult visit. I don't feel well and I want to make sure I am not doing irreparable damage to my body.
