Fantastic service
Fine visit, but if you're using zocdoc to find doctors in-network, then skip this location. They advertise that they accept my insurance, and I gave it to them on three separate occasions. Despite this, they silently charged me for an annual OBGYN visit among a host of other miscellany, without insurance. Charged for a mental health evaluation that I did not receive or ask for, since I don't need psychiatric care from my vagina doctor. I've asked for recourse through the preferred patient portal with absolutely no response over the course of two weeks, despite follow ups. When I call the practice, the receptionists say they'll ask for a tax id number and call me back so that I can submit the claim myself. Still have yet to receive a call. They allege they submitted this claim to my insurance on 2/8, but my insurance has no record of this.
