When I first went to see Nicole in January 2012, I was 6’, 195 (which I thought was pretty good), soon to turn 50 and about to go on a 15 day cruise of the Baltic Sea to celebrate that milestone. With my insurance we got 6 visits a year. I decided to use them all prior to the cruise (and hitting the big 5-0) and boy did I learn things about myself and my diet/nutrition. I thought my diet was very good overall. After the BAI test, we agreed my ideal weight should be 178. I never really expected to ever see 180 again but within a few months of modifying my diet with Nicole’s input, I hit 175, and got to add another snack a day! I have maintained my weight at about 180 (post cruise) and am very happy with the information provided to me by Nicole. It has been a life changing event for me, and all for the better.

She was educated at Johnson and Wales University in Providence Rhode Island, where she received her bachelor’s degree in culinary nutrition. Ms. Kemp also holds a master’s degree in nutrition from Immaculata University and has completed CDR training in adult weight management..
