The role of a primary care provider is crucial in addressing both physical health and behavioral health needs of a patient. Primary care providers should be vigilant about addressing the stigma associated with mental health issues and promoting an open and non-judgmental environment. This fosters trust and encourages patients to seek help for their behavioral health concerns. By incorporating a patient-centered, integrative approach that addresses both physical health and behavioral health needs, primary care providers can make a significant difference in the overall well-being of their patients and contribute to better health outcomes.

In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and my dog. I also enjoy strategic games. Traveling and learning about different cultures as well as being a food enthusiast.
