I was so impressed how easy this was as I was not feeling great, I had a nice video chat with my provider Nurse Nicole, who was wonderful, she's a God send. I did not want to wait hours in an urgent care and she was able to assist me with my health concern stat!

I was originally scheduled to see another NP who called out sick so NP Nicole filled in. She was very compassionate and attentive to my needs. We had a very productive discussion about the medications available for my condition. I told her what I had taken in the past and then trusted her recommendation of a similar medication that was also quite effective. Overall, I was impressed with her professionalism and at how respectful she was of my opinions and feedback. Unfortunately there are many practitioners who not only have no interest in what you have to say, but often get annoyed when you attempt to participate in your own treatment plan! They think that just because your haven't been to medical or nursing school that you automatically have no knowledge of healthcare. NP Nicole treats you as an equal and values your experience as a patient as much as she does her her own as a practitioner. I encourage everyone who reads this to see her - I promise you will not be disappointed!
