My first appointment I came in with pelvic pain and I wanted to discuss that during my wellness exam. I was immediately dismissed of my concerns and told to make a separate appointment to talk concerns. But my concerns affected my pelvic area and would have provided helpful context for my wellness exam. Due to the immediate dismissal, I didn’t feel comfortable to say anything and then proceeded to have the most painful pap smear. I left the office crying in pain. And the office submitted my sample in an expired container and I had to do a Pap smear again. Due to insurance issues, I couldn’t go elsewhere to redo the exam. And upon my 2nd (and final visit) there was no front desk staff and had to wait close to 30 minutes before being seen. Very frustrating experience overall.

I mentioned some concerns I had and she brought up my weight and didn’t really listen to what I tryna to tell her. I felt rushed because she had other appointments behind me so all my questions weren’t answered. I don’t feel like their was much privacy because I could her other patients conversations as well as hearing her discuss my case to the other nurses. I would like to see more professionalism from this establishment and to provide more care when it comes to patients.

My experience with Nicole was great! First all of the clinic is located in a beautiful place and the office is clean with a nice waiting room with chairs that have outlets - quite high end. The receptionist was really kind and so was Nurse Jasmine who took my vitals. Nicole was very patient and understanding of my health concerns. I would hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Plus she was so friendly and sweet it felt like a normal conversation.

Dr. Woods was very kind and thorough, however, she was also very focused on weight and limiting "carbs and sugar". If you are looking for someone who approaches health from more weight-neutral perspective, this is not the doctor for you. If that's not a concern of yours, then she might be a great fit!

Nicole is so thorough and makes sure you understand everything while not at all talking down to you like many providers. She was a great listener and took my concerns, needs, and opinions all seriously and showed so much empathy that I feel many providers lack. I did not feel at all rushed, even though my appointment. I had issues with getting tests from other providers and selected Nicole somewhat randomly, but I'm so glad I did. She walked through the problem and made sure I had a solution and all of the information I needed before I left the appointment. When I needed to come back for a follow up EKG, the staff knew who I was and I was immediately taken to get the test done.
The front desk staff was well prepared for my appointment and I had no wait. The technician who was working with Nicole was also wonderful. She was so friendly and empathetic, putting me at ease right away.
This is the best doctors visit I have had in years and I would beyond 100% recommend Nicole

I felt like I was shamed for trying to renew a prescription I had been prescribed multiple times by previous doctors. It was a really strange experience for me. I do not appreciate the manner the doctor communicated with me at all. It would have been a much better experience if there was any empathy to my situation instead of communicating in a way I’m that made it feel like I was being shamed.

Ms. Woods is very good at what she does and she knows her stuff! She has an exceptional bedside manner, was thorough during my appointment, and explained everything. She took her time in answering all of my questions, and is prompt to respond to messages submitted via the patient portal. Ms. Woods is thoughtful, courteous, professional, and cares about the health of her patients. She always goes above and beyond, and I can tell she loves working with her patients. She is honest and will tell you what you need to hear to improve your health and ensure that you remain healthy. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, skill, and positive attitude.

Nurse Woods is a very nice woman but I will not be returning to see her as my healthcare provider. I very explicitly stated that my weight was not a concern of mine and that I am not trying to lose weight but she repeatedly brought it up and told me that continuing my lifestyle would make the weight "fall off". I felt very ignored by her because of this. I would like a healthcare professional who takes my concerns or lack thereof into account when offering me care.
