I never actually went to the office. She called me way before my appointment and ask me if we could do it over the phone. Since all I had to do was renew my prescriptions, it was fine with me. Save me the copay and since I lost my job due to the virus, I was grateful for that. She understood completely and sympathized with me. She is really smart and caring.

My visit was great! The only negative was that I was running about 15 minutes late because I was coming from work when usually I am always either on time or early! And the front desk girl kind’ve scolded me for being late. She said, “Did you forget what time your appointment was? Because you are late!” And I apologized saying I was running late from work and then she said “ well the providers run on time and it throws things off when you’re late.” I just felt it could’ve been approached a little differently.

Very first time going there and I felt like I was being rushed. Overall visit was maybe 10 mins w her and then I was send to another room for ear test n ekg. Didn’t see her after. Was trying to explain a wrist injury I had and seem like she wasn’t interested, was told to see a Orto...hello —-I did and showed her my test results...couldn’t explain—
