Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Gave clear instructions from one point to the other. Dr Patel was very professional. Paid attention to me and is a good listener. I was given time to explain myself. She took her time listening and explaining every issues to me. I felt seen and heard and I forward to more visits. Dr Patel seemed knowledgeable and willing to help.

Today has been the absolute worst experience. Their website and map both showed various addresses, and when I called their office, no one answered the phone or left a voice message. I eventually arrived after 15 minutes, but they stated I couldn't see the doctor since I had exceeded the 15-minute grace period.. Either they can change address or accept some grace period. The doctor and office staff answered in a very haughty manner.

This was my first visit to a Wellstar facility, and I am so pleased.
Also the office was clean with a kind and friendly staff.
