The doctor and her staff did a poor job of notifying me and apparently her staff when cancelling my appointment. The office staff ladies and medical assistant did a poor job of being friendly to me when I asked if anyone else could see me, if I could just get a script written, and they all had an overall attitude. The office staff did a poor job of accommodating me when an emergency cancellation occurred. The medical assistant was condescending. She took some notes for me then my doctor told me to get an over the counter medication... I’m SO glad I sought out a medical professional. The office has no other OBs in the suite when doctors go on emergency calls... I don’t recommend these front desk women or this doctor it appears they have communication and attitude issues. I get it, you do this everyday but your patients don’t so kill them with kindness don’t just tell them oops sorry emergencies just happen sometimes (oh, do they) I’m not upset at the situation I’m disappointed how it was handled by my doctor and her team.

The office was VERY efficient and Dr. Smart was wonderful. I was needing a new Ob/Gyn and was nervous about choosing a new one, but reviews on Dr. Smart looked good. I was NOT disappointed. She was very thorough, super laid back, but still very professional. I came out feeling informed and hopeful that we would get good results with her.
