Let me start by saying that I have not had an experience such as this one in many years !! I arrived with my son Marcus Padilla and was immediately greeted oh but let me mention that I called to confirm directions since I felt that I was not headed in the correct way and Judith answered while the office was out to lunch !!
I had forgotten Marcus insurance card and was still seen by the doctor.
Dr. Coletta is by all definition a wonderful, compassionate, loving, doctor. Marcus is mentally challenged and she treated him so wonderful making him feel comfortable and also made him smile several times. Dr. Coletta is beautiful both outside but more inside !! She explained everything to me and also explained what she thought was going on and why she was ordering services for him. She made me feel like a family member and not like the patients mom. I actually did not want to leave. Hearing her with the paitients was a delight as well. No matter what age, race or gender, she truly puts love for her patients in her practice. What a feeling that was !! Her staff is the best I have experienced ever !! Truly an environment filled with love and compassion :)
