Nina made a point to incorporate holistic approach into our session, and tied my medical history to my mental health in a way I hadn’t previously experienced. After years of cold and, at times blunt, psychiatric care, this was refreshing!

I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus in Psychiatric-Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University, and I’m nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). My clinical experience spans outpatient psychiatry and inpatient behavioral health units giving me a well-rounded perspective on mental wellness.
I take a holistic, collaborative approach—considering biological, psychological, and social factors—so treatment is tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. I believe in partnering with my clients to foster resilience and empower lasting change.
From our very first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard.
