My visit was excellent , doctor and the nurses were excellent but the only problem was the waiting time. The waiting time was 1 hour and 54 minutes. I think it's too much.

The doctor is fine but the support staff is very unprofessional and the facility has a very dirty feel to it. I went for my woman's wellness and decided againsy it as i didnt want to walk away with a staph infection. They had people coming in asking for the most random stuff. One lady came in with what looked like a beer and was asking for Bottle opener. Another lady from next door, I guess the dentist, asked for napkins and a vacuum cleaner. Very odd to me. Won't be coming back.

The facility is not kept sanitary. Waiting room and exam rooms has debris on the floor, tables and carts covered in dust and hair strands. The receptionist doesn't acknowledge you at sign in. Constant waiting. I booked this appt. as an emergency. I would not recommend also confirm if you're see the actual doctor or nurse practitioner. They don't disclose that on Zocdoc or with the office.

Blamed her nurse for a misdiagnosis, right in front of the nurse. I get that this will happen in the medical field, but it was completely unprofessional to blame the nurse in training like that and say "she doesn't know what she's doing." I also arrived on time for my appointment to find a "be back in 15 minutes" sign on the front desk. I could hear the staff goofing off in the back. I waited about 45 minutes before I was even recognized, even though I called out to them back there. On a later visit, Dr Kethineni was checking my breathing and blood pressure while chatting with a drug sales rep, who was in the exam room with us (door was open). I kept going back because I HATE changing doctors, but at some point, you've got to just call it and start new somewhere else.

As usual with most doctors the appointment system is a joke, I don't expect to have to wait up to an hour when I arrive on time for my appointment . With exception of this one complaint I was very pleased with every other aspect of my visits to Dr Kethineni , and wish I were able to continue using her services, but I moved to Nevada.
