Dr. Shroff most admirable quality is he listens well to ALL you have to tell him. Close behind would be he is thorough. He asks a lot of questions, both about you, the patient and family history. And lastly, he does all this without rushing.

I was nervous but the doctor and his staff were nice. Pretty good bedside manners. I didn't like me wait time. Felt I had a thorough exam. Would like to see the office obtain a machine to test hearing. Seemed to care about patients wellbeing.

Dr. Nishant Shroff is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. He asks questions to best understand your issues, explains things thoroughly, and when he's done he asks you if you have any questions. He is not in a hurry to get in & out of your exam room like so many other doctors. You can tell he genuinely cares about your health & well-being. He is a great physician that I very highly recommend!

It was a Monday and they were busy--4 MD practice with an NP. But once Dr. Shroff came in the exam room he was thorough, patient, and he LISTENED! He didn't hurry through the appointment...asked pertinent questions, and allowed me to ask questions.
Very competent, professional staff and although they were busy they were so nice! I could tell they enjoyed their job...not too often these days that you see people smiling and treating you like a person...not just a number, or one more patient on an assembly line.
I was VERY impressed!! I'm a nurse practitioner and critical care nurse so I can see which health care professionals respect the practice of medicine. And Dr. Shroff is very good at his craft. I wish I had met hime 4 years ago when I first moved here! Thank you Zocdoc! Thank you Dr. Shroff!

The receptionist staff was very nice ...however the two ladies that checked me in doing the blood pressure hight and weight one was not very professional ..maybe one of them was new..I'm not sure but she didn't see to care very much about what was going on. She kept asking the same questions that was already answered while she was standing there ...and her tone was very loud and unconcerened ...the doc on the other hand did seem perfessional and well educated on what was going on...I would definitely recommend him as we'll as go to him again. He was great.
