About Nita Ibrahim
Nita Ibrahim is a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a strong and diverse background in nursing. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from William Paterson University, where she discovered her passion for healthcare, and went on to complete an accelerated Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Rutgers University.
With over 9 years of clinical experience, Nita has worked in a variety of settings, including same-day surgery, infusion centers, internal medicine, and medical-surgical units at Hackensack University Medical Center. She later earned her Master’s degree in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Seton Hall University and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Nita specializes in Primary Care and Weight Loss Management, with a focus on delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care. She is passionate about empowering patients through education, accountability, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

My experience with Nita I. APRN was amazing. I was taken upstairs for my infusion within 10 minutes of arriving. Nita was friendly and knowledgeable, she explained what infusion I was receiving and its benefits. She was very gentle when inserting the IV and I had a great experience overall. I will definitely be back.
