I was in the process of finding a new doctor and did not realize my scripts didn’t have refills left even though it was approved by my insurance on their website. I didn’t get a letter for almost 12 days and no phone call. I was out of an important medication. I used ZocDoc to find a virtual doctor and I was completely satisfied with the medical professional that saw me. I will use it again if needed. Very understanding.
