Nkechi Achinanya is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She has been with Discovery MD since April, 2023. She graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in nursing and her speciality is psychiatry. Nkechi serves clients with varying mental health conditions like schizophrenia, mood disorders, anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), substance use disorders and other behavioral health challenges. She treats clients using evidence based pharmacological and non pharmacological methods with the aim of providing a holistic treatment approach for individuals. Nkechi provides diagnosis, treatments, as well as psychotherapy, counseling and psychoeducation for her patients.
