Dr. Okpala was awesome. She was compassionate, patient and it was easy to express my concerns. However, the wait was a little longer than expected and the front desk staff were not very friendly. I was disappointed that my follow-up visit was not scheduled with Dr. Okpala, but with her colleague Dr. Goldson-Prophete. Although Dr. Goldson-Prophete was polite, I did not feel good talking with her. I felt rushed and not really understood. I did not return to this office due to the team that surrounds Dr. Okpala.

Dr was knowledgeable with stellar bedside manner. I am happy to find qualified African American medical professionals in my neighborhood. However, it was difficult to be seen on time. Seems this office does not keep to schedule.

This was my first visit, and I had a very pleasant experience. The facility was very neat and clean. The nurses were very nice. Dr. Okpala was very nice, efficient, and informative. I would definitely recommend her.

She is very sweet, has a fabulous bedside manner, and she's easy to relate to. I was told that the wait usually isn't as long as it was tonight, but one of the doctor's had to leave early and it caused a back-up. Other than that, I love her openness and the fact that she asked me if there was any particular blood work/tests that I would like to request...I have never had a doctor ask me what I wanted done...they always tell me what needs to be done according to routine. With Dr. Okpala, I actually felt like an individual that she genuinely cared about.
