When Dr. Daneshvar injured her ankle from running, she found chiropractic care worked better than any other treatment she had received. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento, in 2014, majoring in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science and rehabilitation. Dr. Daneshvar then worked as a personal trainer for two years, helping clients with corrective exercise and fitness.
With the goal of helping more people, Dr. Daneshvar decided to become a Chiropractor in 2015. She graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA, in 2019. While in school, she worked at one of the most well-known chiropractic clinics in the Bay Area, specializing in sports and athletes. She believes this experience helped her apply her academic knowledge to real-world practice.
After graduation, Dr. Daneshvar worked at several offices in the Bay Area, treating patients of all ages. One patient described her as “the best doctor to describe how the spine works.”
Dr. Daneshvar specializes in headaches, sciatica, carpal tunnel, sports and soft tissue injuries. She also focuses on pregnancy and postnatal care. She incorporates myofascial work on most patients using tools such as Theragun, Rapid Release, and Arthrostim.
Her goal is optimal health and function. She not only treats symptoms but also emphasizes preventative care and overall body function.
Dr. Daneshvar loves to bike, swim, and run with her husband. She enjoys dancing and spending time with friends and family. She values open communication with patients and believes a healthy body and mind are the most important.
