Norma was instantly inviting and friendly, she was easy to talk to and felt like a safe space to share what was going on, which can be hard to find! She was thorough and listened well, while being reassuring and kind. I've been looking for a new doctor for awhile and I knew instantly that she was the right one, so I'll be going back to her again!
