My appointment was rescheduled twice after waiting for my appointment for almost an hour. I was first rescheduled after almost an hour and told doctor was pulled into surgery. The other two times I also waited close to an hour and had to leave. No apologies or acknowledgements.

Got lectured about not being vaccinated for the entirety of my visit regardless of the fact that the reason for my visit was completely unrelated. I was then made to feel stupid about the primary reason that I booked my appointment and was was told "go see a regular doctor".

It was obvious that Dr.Coleburn did not "like" us, and was mistrustful of the case that was presented. He was quite reluctant toward questions, answering dismissively.
We are all human, and sometimes even patients need to take that into consideration.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The staff was friendly enough but didn't take actual data just asked me. Then put me in a room for over an hour without checking up on me at all. Finally, I just walked out. I had to be back at work within 2 hrs and waited as long as I could. Colburne who I wasn't familiar with actually walked by one time looked over and didn't say a word.

Was called exactly at the time of my appointment at the 59th street location. Waited for a few minutes until I met the very cheerful doctor. He answered all my questions, explained the procedure, risks, etc since this was a consultation. Will return for my procedure. Very kind and knowledgeable doctor.

Dr Coleburn is an amazing doctor but the way his office is ran is very unprofessional. Phone calls are redirected to a call center outside of NYC, reception constantly confuses scheduled appts, and call follow ups are none existent. Dr Coleburn is a great doctor but he needs to revamp his existing office.

I always have to wait for a long time in his office, and if you make a Zoc Doc appointment CALL AHEAD to confirm. For some reason the site will make you an appointment even if the front desk says they're closed.
Dr. Coleburn is nice and provides good information, I just wish it was easier to see him!

Once I was seen it was quick and concise, but my journey leading to seeing him was all too long and arduous. I waited for about an hour and forty five minutes and to me that is unacceptable. I appreciated his bedside manner but the wait time was way too long and the office seemed very familiar with dealing with extended wait times.
