I was a little skeptical at first but these two are very cool. I wish I had come sooner since they are retiring but nevertheless, they were fantastic. The funnest and funniest Obgyn experience ever.

I got there early, I was the only one in the waiting area, Dr. Fertel took all my info, once the NP came in she took over, got me in to the consult room, the Doc asked his questions, briefly but to the point, then I was off to the exam room, both providers were in the room, it was very comforting that she talked me threw the exam, I had no discomfort, it was literally an in and out process, the visit was both learning and fun experience.

I rated dr Fertel 1 out of 5 because he is never available. His availability sucks. Also you better ask for a receipt for every visit if you pay copay. He called me up 3 months after office visit to tell me I did not pay my copay which I know I did.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Fertel, it wasnt until my second visit where i actually missed the appt due to m grandmother being admitted to the hospital I found out Dr. Fertel and his wfe who works along side with him, reported me to ZocDoc and my acct was canceled. I understand time is money but their reasoning and the way they went about it was very messed up. Moral of the story dont miss his appointments.

I loved the experience I had. I was apprehensive when I arrived as this was my first visit there, but they put me right at ease. Dr. Fertel explained everything to me and asked me about my medical history instead of just filling out multiple forms and for that I was greatful. The office is located in a great area and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. He was a great doctor.

Dr. Fertel is very professional. He took his time to sort out my concerns and answer any and all questions I had. His nurse is phenomenal. They both were personable and well coordinated throughout the entire visit. I would definetly return. Its a child friendly office as well,(they had a puzzle to entertain my 3yr old son). Yet still the office was very quite and serene. The hours were also perfect for a working person. Like I said Highly Recommended.

Dr. Fertel was very friendly and helpful and so was his assistant. The clinic is in the back of their house which I thought was bit odd and intimidating at first. However, I didn't feel like it was very professional they openly discussed everything I told the doctor in the reception area. My visit was for a routine matter so I can't comment on how competent he is.
