Dr. Goldman and his staff were friendly and informative. After x-ray, I was given options, that were not just pain medication, to try in order to postpone and possibly avoid surgery. That is what I was hoping for. One of the staff was out sick, so the wait was longer than I expected, but I would rather wait than be rushed.

I was very apprehensive about going in because I knew I was most likely going to lose my toenail. But the infection was getting worse even on antibiotics. Dr Goldman's staff were awesome! Our tech Opphilia (spelling??) was the best. She put me at ease and explained everything that was going to happen and during the procedure took my mind off things so I wouldn't freak out. (I'm a big baby) Dr Goldman was terrific. He has a dry sense of humor which I love, it goes with my sarcasm quite well. He explained things completely and with terms I could understand. The way he did the procedure was absolutely painless and fast. I was terrified going in and came out saying it was not bad at all. Great experience and I would highly recommend Dr Goldman to anyone needing a foot doctor.

Dr. Goldman was very professional, thorough and explained everything to me in great detail. I loved him and had even made a follow-up appointment. However, when I called back a week later, as he instructed do to do to have my medication refilled, I was treated with disrespect by his Office Manager. She yelled at me while telling me I was yelling at her. Told me to hush and even told me how busy they were and how my insurance wasn't going to pay and how she couldn't just call in my prescription and even hung up on me at one point. Please look elsewhere if you want to be treated professionally by your doctors office staff.
