The front desk women had poor manners and where willing to discuss private information in front of others

No point in using Zocdoc for this place cause your scheduled time will just have you wait for 2 hours
I had a great visit with Dr. Akinboboye,,, He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Doctor Ola was very kind and professional. Busy office with happy staff and clientele!

The staff was very nice and the doctor was excellent. But the wait was too long.

I will not recommend this doctor due to the fact that it is unorganized and I had to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor. My appointment was at 12 o’clock pm in which I was on time for and when I arrived there was a room full of elders and the front desk was clueless on how long I will be waiting. I am still here waiting to see the doctor and it will be going on 3 hours. I am witnessing nepotism due to the fact that all the elderly people are being called and I am here still waiting.

Went to this office for convenience (closer to my home). I saw Dr. Higgins instead of Dr. Ola. Had an appointment at 2:45pm was not seen by the doctor until sometime after 5pm. The front desk staff were really nice and the doctor was also. I had a respiratory infection and the doctor just didn’t portray the confidence and reassurance I expected regarding my diagnosis. They also did not have testing kits (for strep throat) in the office at all. They focused more on cardiology than anything else. I ended up going back to my regular PCP
My zocdoc appt didn't go there. Had to wait about 3hrs before seeing the nurse, then another 30 to 45 minutes or so before the Dr. came in and talked about my medical history more the the actual reason I came there. Then the nurse and Dr gave me issues with filling out my Dr note form for work.

The doctors were very thorough and thoughtful.

Please do not go to the doctor. Very unprofessional !!! And so are his staff & the wait time is ridiculous. Save your time and go to someone more professional.
I was there 30 min early for me 10am appointment and didn't see the doctor till 11:45. They did say some employees didn't come in today, that's it's not usually that long of a wait.

WAIT TIME WAS OVER 2.5 HRS. FINALLY I MET WITH MD BUT VISIT WAS RUSHED AND NOT INFORMATIVE. I WAS ABLE TO GET STRESS TEST SAME DAY FOR MY "TROUBLES" BUT ECHO 2 WEEKS AWAY...... OFFICE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I APPRECIATE HELP FROM CATHERINE BUT OTHER THAN THAT NOT HAPPY WITH EXPERIENCE. 2PM APPOINTMENT, I SAW MD @ 4:30. LEFT @ 6:30. NOT SURE IF I WILL CONTINUE WITH THIS PRACTICE.
very good

Dr. Ola was very good. He tested me for everything to make sure that my heart was in good shape. He answered all of my questions and my blood work was excellent on my next appointment.
Verified patient
I chose to see the PA, because I understand he oversees all records in the office. She was thorough and provided an answer for all of my questions.
Verified patient
I like the office. It is spacious, clean and well organized. Staff are friendly and professional. Although the wait time was long, I was fully satisfied when I finally saw the doctor. It is a very busy place, however I did not feel rushed in my encounter with the doctor. He is attentive and very knowledgeable.
Verified patient
I loved it. He is very attentive and very helpful. It makes you feel that he cares for you rather than putting a band aid on the illness.
Verified patient
The doctor was very nice and the staff was professional. All went well except for the unfortunate wait time. However, he is the only doctor there. I appreciate that he is serving this community--we need more people like him in it. He could probably work in Manhattan if he wanted to, considering his credentials, but he must have chosen to be here, and I totally appreciate that. Just wish the wait wasn't so long!
First of all, despite scheduling with Dr. Ola, I ended up with another doctor. Secondly, beware of this offices practices. After paying a co-payment for a regular preventative checkup, they scheduled me for a few other tests in conjunction with the checkup. Nothing out of the ordinary, I've done it before but all in one day at other offices. Now, each time I go back to get a test done, they want to charge me another co-payment. What sense does it make to schedule one checkup with the ONE co-payment, only be be scheduled for three other common tests, each with their own co-payment. Be sure to call ahead before you go to ask about the costs before they try to nickel and dime you.
Dr. Akinboboye was excellent. After asking how I heard about him, he said "Welcome to the practice". This is something I have never had any doctor say to me and it meant a lot. Judging from the degrees and accoclades that outline his office, he is a brilliant man with his finger on the pulse of the medical community. The only shortcoming I experienced was in his front office and when my blood pressure was taken. There was a woman in the front office who kept making remarks like 'if she calls, tell her I am not here' and told a patient 'don't act like you have somewhere to go'. I found this to be unprofessional. Additionally, the worker who did my EKG and took my blood pressure was playing on her cell phone while tending to me. Again, unprofessional and somewhat dismissive. With the exception of these two, all the others workers in the office were friendly and practiced professional etiquette. Thank you.
The entire staff was very kind and pleasant. The waiting room was big and roomy with lots of comfortable seats. Since there was several patients in front of me I was seen in 28 minutes after I handed in my first time visit medical history papers. Dr. Ola was very pleasant caring professional at his best. I really enjoy my first time visit to the clinic.

Great Doctors they are very thorough and you don't feel like you are being rushed. Each person that attends to you in that office gets things done.
Verified patient
He was very informative seems to know my problem right away after giving a brief description of my previous health conditions test taken along with results . However did not have enough time to speak with him due to the time he reach me at the end of close of business day. So alot of things were in a rush at the same time he knew right away what test he needed to come back to perform & which doctor specialty needed to refer me to for my situation. Doctor was very attentive but the wait time front desk is very disorganized. Wait time was awful ; front desk don't ask enough or proper questions for a persons 1st time visit . I had to come out of the office in the middle of doing a procedure testing to fill out papers photo copy my insurance card for someone to ask why didn't I tell them it's my 1st time . Also fill out out papers they should've had done before being called for visit . Otherwise his medical staff is very nice but front desk is in their own little world .

The atmosphere is family friendly and up-beat.
The Very Best! I have interacted with numerous Practitioners in various fields of expertise, and I have yet to encounter a Team of professionals as adept in their roles as supporting staff as demonstrated by Dr. Akinboboye's. From the Medical Receptionists to the Office Manager, to the Phlebotimists, to Interns and Interns in training they all conduct business with adroit efficiency and care. They are honestly an "A" Team of medical professionals. Dr. Akinboboye is a thoughful and considerate professional who in the practice of listening, prescribing of tests and suggestions for remedies, keeps the office and it's patients moving in Swiss-like precision. His treatment is respectful and thorough. I am wholly convinced of Dr Akinboboye's skill and resolve to provide the very best assessment and treatment to all who visit. I am confident in stating, a finer team of medical professionals can scarsely be found in the New York Metropolitan area, hands down!

I waited a long time to be seen, but its because the staff is very thorough. Dr. Akinbobe listened & explained everything in simple manner that I can understand. I'm sure all his patients get the same respect and so very worth the wait. I may recommend to some of my peers.
