I'm Olivia, a non-diet and Intuitive Eating-aligned dietitian here to help women, just like you, find food freedom and become empowered in who they are, so they can achieve sustainable health. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Human Ecology, Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Tennessee Tech University. I've personally overcome an eating disorder, disordered eating, an obsession with exercise, and hating my body. Years ago, I thought I'd always be controlled by food somehow-counting calories, keeping food out of the house, and always making the “healthy” alternative-which only led to feeling out of control and continuing the cycle. Over time, I realized I didn't need a tracking app or another diet; all I truly needed was to reconnect with myself. I truly believe that once you uncouple yourself from food, let go of guilt and shame, and lean into a better understanding of nutrition and the way food interacts with your body, you'll view food and yourself in a whole new way. Drawing from my personal journey and professional experience as a Registered Dietitian and Food Freedom coach, I help women overcome their food rules, overeating, and emotional eating, and finally put an end to “trying it all.” Together, we create a simple relationship with food so you can live your real life as your most empowered self.
