I would recommend Olivia to anyone, including my friends or family. What makes her so talented is that she is able to adapt and adjust the tenets of intuitive eating to meet her clients where we are. She understands that each person is different and will come to a better relationship with food along different paths. What makes her so great is that she is able to find the points of commonality between the client and intuitive eating and cultivate them in a gentle and patient way that is effective at bringing us toward our goals.Â
