Doctor litteraly forgot about me. Waited for more than ab hour after the burse took my vitals at the 2nd appointment. At the 1st appointment the doctor kept picking up his phone even though he was examining me. Will not return!!!!

I'm not sure if the doctor is at all interested in the patient during the visit, and she would not repeat the stuff, wouldn't have visited her if someone else was available after 5, I think she can improve a lot in communication, waiting times, and by taking a little bit of interest in the patient and by explaining what is actually going on, because she just expects the patient to know everything by themselves, not a nice behaviour at all from the staff and the doctor.

Staff was rude doctor told me they can't know everything and I have to come back because she is busy and wants to go home. Entered and exited the room three times while I was getting dressed I had to ask her if she could close the door while my pants were still down. I have never wasted more time in my life or been as humiliated. I normally drive to virginia and the hour drive there is worth the professional service

Waiting and patient room needs updating. When I booked the appt using ZocDocs it gave no indication that this was some sort of urgent care facility. I could have been ok with that but the wait made the entire experience unacceptable. The Front desk personnel was great. Downhill from there never going there again.

Once again there was a long wait despite a booked appointment. Seriously considering contacting my insurance company to complain and find another primary care. My time is equally valuable. Next time this happens I am done. Don't go here if you can find someone else.

I had a 10AM APPT AND WAS TOLD UPON SIGNING IN THAT HE WOULD NOT BE IN UNTIL 11:00. I WAS SEEN BY THE DOCTOR AT 11:30. I DID NOT LEAVE HIS OFFICE UNTIL 12:00 I LOVE THE DOCTOR BUT HATE THE WAIT.

Nice staff, but I waited 3 hours even though I had an appointment (in October 2013). There were others sitting there who also were waiting 2-3 hours despite having an appointment. The staff said the doctor was only in a few days during the week so it gets busy. I think this is irresponsible--they should not schedule so many people, or they should give you a warning, especially if you are in pain and need to be seen quickly. It was a bad experience so I will not go back here.
I did go one other time before this (fall 2012) and waited an hour, so it was less of a wait, but still longer than I would have liked.

Always a large waiting time. Frequently doesn't follow-up with prescription appropriately and several times he has failed to send it into the pharmacy.

Once again I had to wait over 2 hours after my set appointment time to see the Doctor. I love the Doctor but this is ridiculous. I am leaving my work to come to my appointment and then have to go back to work. This is supposed to be convenient. The back office and Dr. told me that they are having issues with Zoc Doc flowing into their system so I sat in the lobby waiting along with walk-in people that did not have appointments. he said they are working on making the system work better. If it doesnt, I will have to look for another Doctor, as much as I love him.

I saw a woman doctor and cannot remember her name, i do apologize, but she was the BEST. She was very polite and concerned about my symptoms. She spoke very clearly and explained to me what she was doing and meds that sh would be prescribing. I was having a asthma trouble and she would not let me leave until I had a breathing treatment. I would HIGHLY recommend her to people and I have all intentions of seeing her in the future! Thank you!

Overall, it was positive & professional, but I would suggest that his office sync their online booking/registration process with Zoc Doc's. The registration forms filled out on Zoc Doc did not migrate to their system & refilling out the forms was very time consuming & a pain!

I waited more than two hours. For the doctor to do a normal physical. Then he took another twenty minutes to lecture me about going in for a physical sooner(mind you with 5 other people in his waiting, waiting as long). Don't think I would go back. He seemed pretty knowledgable though.
