I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Murad. He spent 30 minutes with me. He weighed the pros and cons of various medications for my condition before making a recommendation, which I took. During that time he solicited my concerns and found out what was most important to me in terms of actions and side effects of the medication. The visit was worth the 3 hour round trip to see him, and I will certainly return to see him.

Attentive, respectful, and professional in manner. Dr. Murad is for me an excellent find and fit for my complex case. Listening skills in a Physician are nowadays generally lacking, but Dr. Murad is an outstanding exception to that trend.

I saw Dr. Murad for Type I diabetes. On my first visit he took the time to get to know me and my situation and overall gave me great advice without micro-managing or making me feel bad about any poor habits I may have. He also uses an online portal to keep in touch which I really appreciate. Have only been to see him once but so far would recommend!

Absolutely the best. Performs the necessary tests, shares results with patient and really listens to patient's subjective responses, concerns etc., re how patient is feeling, physicially and emotionally.
He has a beautiful personality, wonderful with patient from the moment he walks into the exam room and extends his hand in welcome. I've seen many GP's and specialists in my time (I'm pushing 70) - Dr. Murad is right at the top of the list. I feel secure and he has my total confidence. Again, he's the best!

Dr Murad is my third (and final) endocrinologist. He has helped me to reduce my A1c levels by 2+ points. I still have a ways to go but with his help I am on the way. I have emailed questions to him and received a call back on the same day! He is much more approachable than previous endos I have tried to work with. I am an insulin dependent diabetic with hypothyroidism - no easy fix... but I feel comfortable talking with Dr. Murad and have confidence in him. He really listens to what I have to say. So refreshing!

I came to Dr. Omar Murad after other endocrinologist, who saw me in a rush, did not answer much questions and prescribed wrong dosage of medicine. So when I came to Dr. Omar Murad, it was pleasant surprise. Dr. Murad takes time and focuses on the patient. I didn't feel any pressure that I may forget to ask him questions or discuss my condition. He was speaking friendly, calm and polite, so I felt comfortable talking to him.
I also appreciate that I have access to my care summary, appointments and contacting doctor through their website. It is very useful.
Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Murad to anyone.

Dr. Murad was one of the most empathetic physicians I have ever encountered -- he listened patiently, took the time to walk me through a number of possibilities and tests to explain my strange and uncomfortable symptoms, and was very thorough in our one session. Having just had an experience with my primary care provider that felt dismissive and frustrating, this was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Murad.

Dr. Murad and his team are absolutely wonderful. Not only were they highly accommodating to my being a few minutes late, but they offer an array of beverages and snacks! The receptionist was great about explaining everything and helped ease any anxiety about seeing a new doctor and finding a close pharmacy to me. Dr. Murad was wonderful, listening to any concerns, and answers every question you could have. You get a sense that he and his team genuinely care about you and your health and getting you well.

Dr, Omar was great! I have been having problems with Kaiser medical feeling hopeless and feeling like I could not get answers from anyone with what was going on with me. I switched to blue shield and found Dr, Omar on Google and booked an appointment after reading good reviews!
The visit was wonderful, he was very friendly with my wife and 3 year old son who came along. He was very experienced and was able to review my records and head me in the right direction for a diagnosis, he ordered more tests and an MRI to confirm his suspicions of PheoChromoCytoma, a tumor on the adranal gland.
I was very pleased with the visit and feel like there was a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders hearing someone that knows what they are looking at!!!!
My wife is even booking an appointment with him to have her self checked out for thyroid issues.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Murad was very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about my overall health. The examination and questions about my health history and symptoms were very thorough. He was very friendly. I felt very comfortable going over all related concerns about my health, and I would definitely recommend him for anyone that is looking for a holistic approach to treatment.
