Professional and thorough. She took the time to hear out all my concerns and answer my questions. I didn't feel as if I was being rushed. Her staff is also friendly and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was the parking. It would've been nice to get my parking validated.

She charges you ahead and then is supposed to refund you once they contact your insurance. SIX months after my appointment, and after numerous phone calls, still no refund. Almost a year later, I get a bill saying I owed money after my insurance had covered everything. Terrible communication and lack of explanation.
She has a heavy hand and caused pain during my check up as well. Will NEVER go back to her again!

The staff at this location are very unprofessional. Due to my ethnicity and good insurance they decided to charge me upfront a lot so that I can even see the doctor.
My experience went like this: the couple before me were speaking Spanish to the female latina staff member. When it was my turn she looked at me with disdain and said 'what?'. She basically told me I did not have an appointment and after I stated it was through ZocDoc and confirmed a week ago she said very rudely that if they would have known they would have called and told me that they bill people with insurance upfront even if they see their insurance is active. I was able to confirm others had this poor experience and didn't receive their refund after insurance kicked in.
I don't recommend going to this doctor if you don't have medical or speak Spanish naively.

MD is very knowledgeable but.....when a doctor is this impatient, insulting, and with horrible bedside manner it's time to retire. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to this MD. when a person can have a mean facial expression and smile at the same time...smh....

Dr. Owens is very professional and compassionate with an excellent bedside manner. She took the time to thoroughly exam me, explain my condition, and provide detailed aftercare instructions. I found her to be both kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back to her for any ENT concerns and I highly recommend her to others.

She seemed knowledgeable enough but did not make me feel comfortable at all. She had a condescending tone about everything- my symptoms, the fact that I parked at a meter and not in the garage, even where I went to school. I went in for throat problems and left feeling like my ear drums were punctured from an attempt at removing earwax. The wait was also very long, so don't park at a meter if you don't want to be stressing about getting a ticket an hour into the visit.

Very caring, very professional, staff was great too. Dr. Owens talked to me about what she was going to do, and through the whole process of fixing my ear problem. I hope no one has to go through the pain I had before I saw Dr. Owens. She made everything right. I felt great when I left, no more pain in my ear.

1. I gave them my insurance information over the phone the day before the visit, only after I got there did they told me they wouldn't accept it.
2. I felt rushed during the visit. They were impatient and acted superior.
3. When she did call with lab results, she was rushed and acted impatient with my follow-up questions.

I don't usually go to see a doctor unless there is something really out of the ordinary.
I went in because I had very sore throat at the base of throat near my collar bone and did not have any signs of infection: fever, swollen lymph notes. It was very painful and difficult for me to swallow and there was also a very visible lump. I was concerned because there was no sign of sickness and thought that perhaps it could be a thyroid issue.
When I saw the doctor, she was very curt and dismissive of any concerns that I had. When I told her about the visible lump when I leaned my head back she told me that's not how a throat check is done. She said a neck check is only done when your head is in normal position so she didn't even take a look at it.
After a 2 minute exam, she rushed me out to make an appointment for an ultrasound.
That was the worst initial meeting with a doctor that I have ever had!!
