Dr. Truong was friendly yet very professional. I went for a regular wellness exam. She took care of it quickly. At the same time, she made me feel like she cared as she talked with me to learn more. I was more than just a check on her list. The staff at her office were also friendly and efficient. I highly recommend going to see her.

Dr. Truong, as a doctor, is possibly the best gyn experience I've ever had!
But...
The front desk staff weren't stellar. In fact, upon leaving they discouraged me from booking my next appointment through ZocDoc (stating that it was just for "new patients"). But, they do NOT call to remind patients of appointments (and the girl seemed to make fun of me for asking if they do)! I have memory problems and use this service to help me book appointments and remind me the day before.
I will go back because Dr. Truong is amazing. But, I would give the front desk people negative stars, if I could.
