After becoming a practicing physician, Dr. Tirado continued to faithfully pursue studies. His further training includes sessions in immunology, rheumatology, cardiology, and more. Dr. Tirado is board certified in Family Medicine, and he is certified in Neonatal Resuscitation. His publications include “Vaginal Agenesis, Presentation of Two Cases, McIndoe’s Vaginoplasty” in the Journal of the 1987 Medical Grand Round. In the past he also served as a Research Associate at the Autoimmune Clinic University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s Transplant Institute.
Dr. Tirado’s awards include the prestigious Brazil – Venezuela Cultural and Scientific Exchange Scholarship.
