My appointment with Dr. Malempati's office was great. Kelly at the front desk was VERY helpful with getting me through a fiasco with my insurance company. She went above and beyond to help unlike my experiences with other offices. Dr Melampati was very kind and courteous and took her time. At no point did I feel rushed or that her attention was not solely focused on me. For being sick and not feeling good the staff made my visit as quick and painless as possible. Thanks!
