My husband & I came in for a first time visit / physical . We both agreed that Dr. Shroff was very nice, thorough, and explained everything very well to us. She ordered all the necessary testing that we needed. All in all our visit was good. The only downfall to our visit was that the assistant taking vitals and asking questions was not the friendliest person.

The wait time was longer than normal and the visit was very rushed as I was told my appointment was double booked with someone else. Apparently the office experiences a lot of “no shows” with people who sign up through ZocDoc so be careful to consistently follow up to confirm you’ll be there. This will insure your spot and avoid being double booked. The Dr. tried to gain rapport by asking personal questions at the end of the visit; which was nice. She reviewed previous medical exams and asked good questions.

She was really thorough and quick with the appointment. I had to get additional tests done and she called me with results. I would have liked to have those results emailed to me or updated on the website, however instead of just a brief phone call.

I am somewhat a new patient with Dr. Shroff, and I absolutely love her! My son can sometimes be difficult, but the staff is very patient and try their best to make my guy have a great experience. Dr. Shroff has a little one as well, so it’s nice to have somebody with not only great book smarts, but hands on experience as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in for annual check-up. My appointment started on time, and the entire office staff was friendly and patient. Dr. Shroff is knowledgeable and attentive, and seems to take the trust and confidence of her patients very seriously. I've been looking for a PCP in Cleveland for a year, and my previous appointments with other doctors in the UH system had all been rushed and impersonal, with little attention to prior medical history. Dr. Shroff, by contrast, was patient and informative, and I will definitely be sticking with her.

Dr. Shroff was absolutely incredible. Since I was a new patient, she took so much time to discuss my past medical history and issues with me to make sure that we were on the same page. She even took a few minutes to clean up my chart because it was so messy from my previous physician visits. She was super open and transparent about my medical issues, and one of the friendliest physicians I've ever met. The nursing assistant was also very lovely and thorough in her work. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to seeing her again.

Dr. Shroff is wonderful! She really listens to you, and takes her time to make sure all concerns are addressed. My appointment was last-minute and I was unable to find a sitter for the baby. She was very sweet and welcoming, and said nothing negative about my having to bring my child.
