Getting to know Anne Pugliese
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of experience in the mental health field, with the last 9 years working as a nurse practitioner in various settings including community mental health, private practice, and inpatient. I am licensed to treat patients in both New York and Ohio. Currently, I accept insurance for both Ohio and New York.
I treat a variety of mental disorders, including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and many others. I am passionate about a holistic approach to mental wellness. While I have extensive experience prescribing medication, I am also knowledgeable about natural holistic supplements and sometimes incorporate genetic testing. Treating the individual needs of each patient is essential to guiding you on your unique journey to healing.
I welcome you to schedule time with me to discuss your mental health care in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic environment. Together, we can get you on the path to reaching your mental and emotional goals. Your mental well-being is my top priority.
After booking an initial assessment with me, you will be asked to register with my Headway platform. This includes your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and insurance information.
I use the Headway platform to bill insurance. For patients paying out of pocket, I request payment at the time of booking via our HIPAA compliant payment platform.

What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach to mental health treatment focuses on medication management, holistic supplementation, lab work if warranted, and sometimes genetic testing. Talk therapy should be scheduled with a separate provider, but is encouraged because the combination of talk therapy and medication/holistic supplementation has proven to be the best treatment approach for many mental health concerns.
