The front staff were not friendly and seemed annoyed when processing my information but Dr. Roehm was personable. She addressed each issue one by one and gave viable solutions. I suggest the front staff take a few courses on customer service as I liked the office otherwise.

She then completed a fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
