Staff is courteous. The medical technican who took my BP, pulse, etc. is very friendly and professional. Dr. Lal always treats me with respect and I think he is a top notch cardiologist.

Worse doctor! Bedside manner was horrible. Wasn’t very attentive. Seemed rush. Barley answered my questions about my blood pressure . Will be going for a second opinion asap

I was thrilled to get a same day appointment due to my health concerns. The office and support staff were professional and pleasant.
Dr. Lal was respectful of the symptoms I reported. He gave a strong feeling of his interest in my health.
He was reassuring about the results from today’s tests. He scheduled one more test to obtain further information.
I definitely recommend this practice!

Mr All’s office was conveniently located than 1mi. from work. I was completely congested, sore throat and all around miserable. Dr Lal checked my nasal passages and was able to prescribe a Z-pac to get back on my feet and back to work!

This was my first visit to Dr Lals office and I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family. Dr lal is a very experienced doctor with a great sense of humour. His bedside manners are exceptionally good and took time to understand my problems and explained to me the course of action that he recommends. At no point did I feel rushed through.
The office staff is also very professional and caring, I want to thank everybody at Capital Cardiac Care for making my visit a pleasant one.

While Dr. Lal was nice, his office staff leaves MUCH to be desired. The receptionist was rude when I checked in, cutting me off instead of letting me speak, asking me to fill out forms that I had already submitted through ZocDoc, etc.
It was 45 minutes before I was called back. After an EKG was done and read, Dr. Lal suggested I go in for a sonogram of my heart. I went in and it was just me and a man in a darkened room where I had to strip from the waist up. I was pretty appalled that a female technician wasn't in the room.
The kicker though was during my test, where I only had a paper vest that opened in the front on. Another staff member just opened the door (not knocking), came in without saying a word, rustled around on the sonogram technician's desk (while leaving the door open) and left after a few minutes. The sonogram room is in full view of the waiting room, and because I had to be on my side, my chest was in serious danger of being exposed! I could see people sitting in the chairs outside, which meant they could see me! That was BEYOND ridiculous!
The sonogram technician didn't explain anything he was doing, just told me when and where to move, and if I didn't move quickly enough or understand him (he had a pretty thick accent) he just pushed and pulled me to where he wanted me, which made me very uncomfortable.
While Dr. Lal is a very nice man, I'll never return to that office. His staff's concern for his patients' privacy and comfort is nonexistent.

Dr. Lal was extremely nice, knowledgable, friendly, and honest. My old doctor used to spend 2 minutes at most seeing me and wouldn't lis ten to any of my concerns.. dr. Lal is the complete opposite. He listened and addressEd every question I had, including suggested meals for weight loss. He spent almost 15-20 minutes with me taking and examining my for a general exam. It was a great experience and he is very trustworthy.
