His specialties include the treatment of all major diseases and disorders of the spine, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine trauma, and scoliosis and other spine deformities.
With a surgicenter in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and offices in Hollywood, FL, Naples, FL, and San Juan Capistrano, California; Dr. Montesano has a simple and yet very effective philosophy: he aims to give patients with serious neck or back injuries as much functionality and comfort as is humanly and medically possible.
