Doc has always done me right, from when I tore my knee at 16 playing baseball, to hurting my arm pitching to my son at 35. Yesterday he gave me an injection in my elbow. Only thing is, before he walkedout, I had to ask what was wrong with it, he briefly said, a little arthritic stuff in there. I know he is a busy man, but maybe tell me what I can expect in the short and long future, if there is anything I can do, what exactly arthritis is, and how bad does he think I have it, go over my xrays, etc.

I could not have been more impressed with how we were treated. Dr. Kremchek arranged personally for us to get an mri the same day of our appointment and was thorough, professional and personal. I expected him to be good byreputation, but was blown away by how much care he showed us.

Dr. Kremchek is a no nonsense Dr. when it comes to your treatment - sports star and old warrior makes no difference. He listens and recommends prompt action to provide the best care.

Dr. Kremcheck is personable, knowledgeable, and very transparent - all of which I appreciate. I had a small wait in the waiting room, about 20 minutes. In my experience, for an orthopedic doctor, the wait was very tolerable. Once I wastaken back to the room, the process was very streamlined. I gave my symptoms, had x-rays and Dr. Kremchek walked into my room all within 15 minutes. He took his time with me and answered all of my and my husband's questions. I never once felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Kremchek and his staff.

My only issue is that there was a lot of information communicated in a very short time. Would be nice to have a document that summarizes the information so I walk out without forgetting anything.

The medical assistants, 2 of them, failed to wash their hands prior to or after removing stitches. Waaay wrong in this day and age. Please educate your staff. I really should have said something but I was so shocked that I did not.

Dr. Kremchek was straight and to the point when he came in and evaluated me. He knew, based off of my words explaining the situation, what was going on and what needed to be done about it.

I was a nervous wreck coming in from out of town with my son who we knew needed surgery. This was the first time I have ever traveled outside of Columbus to see a specialist. You would think in acity such as Columbus, there would be plenty of surgeons to choose from. Am I ever glad I took the leap of faith and made the trip. I could not believe the difference between how I felt going in compared to when we left. I feel completely comfortable knowing my son will be in the best hands possible regardless of the travel.

I was shocked that as soon as I sat down they called me back as that has never happenedto me before. I am scheduled to come back for an MRI so I won't know until then the full diagnosis.

Unbelievable prompt, courteous, professional management of appointments, check in, prescreening for testing needed prior to being seen by MD. I have never in my 72 years and 40 of being a nurse myself have I experienced a physicians officeto be so totally prepared to provide care for a new patient. I arrived 30 minutes early for appointment and was taken back to be seen prior to my appointment time. Prescreen and x-ray done prior to seeing Dr. Kremchek. Diagnosis of my particular problem, recommendation of treatment plan, treatment of injection, visit with physical therapy for home treatment plan, measurement of leg for a brace and on our way home all within less than one hour. Right now, three hours later, my knee feels better but I was advised what to expect within the next few days. I do not think they missed anything with diagnosis and care.

Dr. Kremcheck definitely knows his stuff. The office staff as you check in needs to be more friendly. Lots of people waiting but it doesn't take much to give an acknowledgement that you will be with other people shortly or tosmile. Maybe you need to have a sign in sheet and then the staff can call up people to fill in forms as they are listed on the sign in. Instead of having us stand in line, wait for acknowledgement, then get forms, then stand back in line to return forms. Also, my daughter had an issue with her wrist in addition to her knee. But we could only address "one body part" at the visit. I wish this would have been known prior to making the appointment since we will now have to make an additional appointment. I would have scheduled two visits for that day since I really wanted both addressed. Their rationale is that they can't "bill" for more than one thing. My impression, you are just looking to "bill" as much as you can without treating the person fully. The visit was very fast. The doctor knows his stuff but you definitely get the feeling you are in an assembly line. The person taking you back to the room is efficient and quick. Next she goes for an x-ray then next comes the doctor. It was very speedy and efficient. But when he concludes, he doesn't ask if you have any other questions or concerns or go over what the actual medicines prescribed do. Just matter of fact on the process. He is friendly and definitely knows his stuff. He is a good doctor but it would have been nice to not feel like you are rushed through an appointment. Next, ushered to PT where we basically got a handout on exercises she should do. Of course, that will all be billed as a PT visit even though a nurse could have just as easily given us that handout since nothing was actually demonstrated. PT was very nice and friendly though. Overall, I am disappointed in the front office staff and would like the practice to realize you are treating patients with questions and concerns. You may be used to seeing the same injuries or issues on a daily basis but as parents or the patient, we are not. It is new to us.

This group absolutely has their act together on customer service. I came there with my daughter and have never been seen so quickly in my life at any type of doctor specialty. They were so professional and immediately knew what waswrong with my daughters knee. I am so happy I chose this group. Anyone is crazy to go to the other groups in Ortho as I have been there and your wait is crazy. They very much value their patients time. I give this group a crazy thumbs up.
