Timothy E. Kremchek, M.D. is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who is fellowship trained in sports medicine under Jim Andrews. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Kremchek completed an internship in General Surgery and a residency in General Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital, followed by a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Tufts University.
Since 1996, he has served as the Chief Medical Director for the Cincinnati Reds and all minor league affiliates, as well as team physician for multiple local high schools and colleges including Archbishop Moeller High School, Wyoming High School, Indian Hill High School, Wittenberg University, and Wilmington College.
Dr. Kremchek specializes in the advanced open and arthroscopic treatment and reconstruction of the shoulder, elbow, and knee.
In 2003, Dr. Kremchek was a founding member of Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Center in Sharonville, a northern suburb of Cincinnati, offering MRI, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and outpatient surgery in a state-of-the-art single specialty center where medical students, residents, and sports medicine fellows are taught the art of arthroscopic orthopaedic surgery.
