I received my bachelor’s and master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I truly believe in providing high quality and thorough health care to patients and their families.
Making a patient feel comfortable (no matter the complaint) is important in addressing diagnoses and coming up with an efficient treatment plan. I’ve learned through my experience that patient comfort allows an individual to freely express their concerns in full capacity; allowing the both of us to work as a team to find solutions to any issue.

This provider was very nice but honestly just not very helpful. I went in for a dermatology problem - as she's listed under dermatology on ZocDoc - and she basically said she can't help me and that I need to see a dermatologist.
And, this is not the providers fault, but I've also experienced some billing issues (double charging, extra fees for things that didn't happen, etc). Would just overall avoid the place if you can help it.

My first time at the office. Everyone was nice and professional. My only complaint is having to check in with the front office, then again on the kiosk. I didn’t understand that process and it wasn’t explained to me. Otherwise I will return for future visits.
