Horrible experience
Terrible terrible !! Don't know why they have appointments when is on a first come first serve basis. The receptionist are terrible at their job. They prescribed me a medicine and when I went to pick it up the doctor or whoever got my name AND my birthdate incorrect!! So for that reason I had to wait like an hour in the phamarcy for them to solve the issue. Never again !!! Do not go to that doctor. Very unprofessional

This was a complete waste of my time

She was very nice. Appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. I waited over an hour to see her. Also the nurse who helped me spoke almost no English and my Spanish is poor, so we had a hard time communicating. I don't think I got very good care there.

Office is very unkempt. No privacy in the rooms. People walking in and out during treatment. Their english wasn't very good either. Not thorough.
Dr. Patria Gonzalez was not there, however the medical assistant and MD that saw me were incredibly nice. They were very helpful, informative and listened closely to my concerns. They speak both Spanish and English. I will recommend.
Dr. Gonzalez is my new PCP and I am extremely satisfied with her service. The wait was a bit long but the staff is courteous and even let me charge my phone! Dr. G is caring and kind and really listens to her patients!

Dr. Paera was the doctor that saw me and answered all my medical questions. She was helpful, courteous, and I would visit her again in the future.

Visited for annual check up. Waited over 30 minutes, apparently because it was difficult to confirm my information with insurance. Otherwise experience was pleasant. Doctor took her time with me and was very attentive, answered any questions I had. Referred me to other professionals/specialists and labs within my insurance network, which I appreciated. Will be back for another consultation.
This doctor is probably the most likeable doctor I have ever met. You feel like you want to stay longer in the office with her to talk more. She looked at me carefully and she observes everything. She listens and everything you say is important. There is something very kind about her and any patient would love Dr. Patria Gonzalez. I waited over 2 hours to be seen. That was way too long ... but it might be worth waiting for this doctor. Also, I filled out all the medical forms on ZocDoc, but when I arrived at the doctor's office, the receptionist told me she could not get the forms from ZocDoc so I had to filled out all those forms again in the office. I was disappointed but what can I do but to fill out the forms. as requested. Another thing is the street where this office is located is not the safest. I know because I live in the area but again it's worth coming here because Dr Patria Gonzalez is indeed an excellent doctor.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The girls in the front desk are very pleasant. Dr. Gonzalez was also very nice and knowledgeable. The only down side to the facility is that some lab work is done outside the facility(blood work) but relatively close by.

Excellent visit. Dr Gonzalez is a delight of a physician. She attended my every need and made me feel as if I known her for years even though it was my first visit.
She was extra nice. Excellent physician.
The fact that the physician took time to listen to my concerns and made me feel she cared about my every concern was one of the best highlights of my visit. Highly recommended.
